Pandas once or twice weekly training
The panda is a symbol of gentleness and strength with a positive outlook on life.
The symbolism of the panda also encompasses personal and spiritual qualities, such as:
Integration of polarized aspects of yourself, such as feminine and masculine energies
Heart-centered energy, nurturing ability
Importance of emotions
Calm determination, ability to take time to reach your goals
Importance of private space and personal boundaries
HiYa's newest group to our karate family. This class addresses the individual child with special needs, while giving them an opportunity to experience the wonderful world of Martial Arts. HiYa tailors 30 minute classes for these children. HiYa will try and integrate the pandas into the Cobra classes where applicable. Acceptance into the Panda program is by invitation only.
